New training programmes for industry

RSSConfirming its role as the industry’s most trusted brand in continuing education, 3918 IRF Washington has unveiled 14 new courses for mid- to senior-level to road managers.

IRF's 2016 Training Catalogue significantly expands the offering of executive courses to include emerging topics such as network safety diagnosis, climate-resilient road infrastructure, electronic toll collection and smart city mobility applications. Each of the new courses not only provides the most relevant, up-to-date information and best practices and solutions, but is also designed to assist attendees in learning to correctly apply the knowledge gained. Many of these are already planned for delivery in 2016.

“For more than 50 years, an essential part of IRF’s mission has been the organisation and delivery of training courses that provide continuing professional development for individuals and contribute to the dissemination of knowledge and expertise throughout the world,” said IRF chairman Eng.Abdullah A Al-Mogbel. “As a strong believer in continuing education, IRF provides road professionals with educational opportunities that are recognised by engineering and transportation societies worldwide.”
