New releases from Lintec continue focus energy saving and recycling
1177 Lintec has launched new asphalt and concrete mixing plants at bauma 2013.

This rounds up the company’s product range and continues to put special emphasis on the subjects of energy saving and the recycling of asphalt pavement (RAP).

The Lintec hot recycling system, in combination with a possible cold recycling addition, is a modular system that ensures the addition of up to 60% hot, and respectively 25% cold RAP.

Due to its flexibility, the system is not only available for new plants but is specially qualified for the retrofitting of existing asphalt mixing plants.

The aggregate cooling system (ACS) is a new, patented and fully-containerised plant concept for the cooling of aggregates for concrete mixes. It also works at desert environment without the addition of ice. ACS can be used for new plants as well as for retrofitting.

Apart from these world debuts, Lintec has also launched two new fully-containerised asphalt mixing plants, the new CSD 1510 with integrated hot storage and the CSM 2500 with integrated hot-/cold recycling system.
