1259 Putzmeister has redeveloped its Pumi truck-mounted rotor pump to improve its performance.

By amending the geometry of the hopper to incorporate steeper sidewalls, a higher degree of suction and better mixing qualities have been achieved. Less residue and simpler cleaning are among the characteristics now delivered.

Standard equipment for the Pumi with TMP65Q rotor pump includes a flexible hopper guard made from a high-performance elastomer, and similar weight saving components enable the Pumi to support a greater payload.

This new Generation 5 rotor pump can be combined with a 718 Liebherr seven cubic metre concrete mixer and Putzmeister  21, 24 or 26-metre boom.
