New Kaelble/Atlas heavy wheeled loaders brand from Q4 2013

Atlas Maschinen has purchased all intellectual properties for Terex TL160, TL210, TL260 & TL310 heavy wheeled loaders. During the last quarter of this year, production will be moved from Terex Crailsheim to the Atlas factory in Ganderkesee, Germany. Atlas will produce machines under the Terex brand and under the new Kaelble/ Atlas brand.

2346 Atlas Maschinen has purchased all intellectual properties for 1222 Terex TL160, TL210, TL260 & TL310 heavy wheeled loaders.

During the last quarter of this year, production will be moved from Terex Crailsheim to the Atlas factory in Ganderkesee, Germany. Atlas will produce machines under the Terex brand and under the new Kaelble/ Atlas brand.

Terex distributors will continue their relationship with Terex unless other agreements are made. Atlas says that post brand purchase production will start during the last quarter of 2013 with emphasis on model quality and timely delivery.

“I am happy that Atlas Maschinen will finally enter this important market with known products and the well-known Kaelble brand. Combining the Kaelble Large Loaders will give the distribution a respectable heavy wheeled loader line: L160, L210, L260, L310, L420 & L450,” said Fil Filipov, owner and chairman of Atlas Maschinen.

Wheeled loaders under the brand name of Kaelble/Atlas will incorporate the required engine emission improvements when Tier 4 Final is fully introduced by late 2014.
