1449 Goldhofer is introducing its range of THP/SL heavy-duty modules, said to offer a versatile and economical transport solution for heavy construction machinery, providing an optimal ratio between axle loads up to 45tonnes and low unladen weight.

The twin-tyre heavy-duty modules are said to be suitable for use off-road due to high axle compensation. The swing axles are equipped with a hydraulic axle compensation system for levelling and the hydro-mechanical all-wheel force-steering system is designed as a twin-circuit system.

The modular system can be coupled either longitudinally or transversely and is said by Goldhofer to be fully compatible with the other THP systems.
