Navgeocom acquired by Hexagon

Leica Geosystems is to expand its operations following a move by its parent, Hexagon. Under the terms of this deal, Hexagon will acquire all outstanding shares of Navgeocom, which is the largest Russian distributor for Leica Geosystems.
