Mozambique’s road network is to receive international funding for various projects. The 304km road connecting Cuamba and Lichinga in Niassa province will be improved under the plan.
Four new highway links are being planned for China’s Heilongjiang Province. Building the four highways is expected to cost US$2.84 billion, with the work being carried out in 2018. Work is now commencing on widening a stretch of the A3 Autobahn where it passes through the Bavarian city of Regensburg.
