Mostotrest to construct key Russia G8 transport links

Mostotrest will reconstruct and build six transport infrastructure facilities in time for the 2014 G8 summit in Skolkovo, Russia. The new infrastructure comprises the southern section of the North-West backbone; a section of Kutuzovsky Avenue, three interchanges at the crossing of Skolkovskoe, Mozhayskoe Highways and Generala Dorokhova Street with MKAD; and an interchange at crossing of Aminyevskoe Highway and Generala Dorokhova Street.

2450 Mostotrest will reconstruct and build six transport infrastructure facilities in time for the 2014 G8 summit in Skolkovo, Russia.

The new infrastructure comprises the southern section of the North-West backbone; a section of Kutuzovsky Avenue, three interchanges at the crossing of Skolkovskoe, Mozhayskoe Highways and Generala Dorokhova Street with MKAD; and an interchange at crossing of Aminyevskoe Highway and Generala Dorokhova Street.

The reconstruction of Mozhayskoe Highway will cost US$315.09million (RUB 10bn); the interchange on Mozhayskoe Highway US$86.7million (RUB 2.75bn); and the interchange Skolkovskoe Highway - MKAD US$94.6million (RUB 3bn). The southern section of the North-West backbone, where Mostotrest will build 17km out of 29km, will cost around US$914.2million (RUB 29bn). The company's order portfolio reached US$10.08billion (RUB 319.8bn) in late 2011.

The institute for surveying and designing engineering structures Mosinzhproekt will design the new  transport infrastructure facilities for Skolkovo.
