More than 600 construction equipment items at UK auction

Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers is selling more than 600 construction equipment items, tractors and trucks at an unreserved auction being held in Donington Park, central England tomorrow. 318 Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers is selling more than 600 construction equipment items, tractors and trucks at an unreserved auction being held in 4892 Donington Park, central England tomorrow.

Among the auction highlights will be 10 wheeled loaders (including 178 Caterpillar 988G and 966G), 26 hydraulic excavators, 47 mini excavators, 51 telescopic forklifts, 37 compactors and six rock trucks (Caterpillar 777D & 777E).

The Canadian firm’s auction site, which is situated right next to the Donington Park racing track, was due to be open for interested buyers today, and the long rows of heavy equipment and trucks will be available for testing and inspecting. Starting Tuesday morning at 9am UK time, every item will be sold to the highest bidder without minimum bids or reserve prices, regardless of price. Bids can be made on-site in Donington Park, online in real time at www.rbauction.com or by proxy.

Anyone can register and bid on the equipment. The auction is open to the public and registering to bid is free (a refundable deposit may be required).
