A strong market for road maintenance work is expected in Mexico, prompting several key contractors to tender for bids. The market is expected to be worth a total of US$3 billion. Major tenders are planned, which may be renewed year on year. The tender process for road maintenance works in San Luis Potosi has already been launched and is worth close to $100 million, while tenders in Veracruz and Mexico State are due to be launched shortly.
