Mayanmar-Thailand cross border link

Work is now underway on the new Myeik-Mawtaung road linking Myanmar with Thailand.

Work is now underway on the new Myeik-Mawtaung road linking Myanmar with Thailand. The project for this 192 km road is being carried out by contractor Yuzana and the work is expected to take some 2-3 years to complete. The road will improve transport between Myanmar and Thailand and will boost trade between the two nations.
