    Sales of electric and hybrid vehicles were up significantly in France in 2013 compared to 2012, reports Avere France.     Mexico's Secretariat for Transport and Communications (SCT) has released US$2.01 billion (MXN 27 billion) for road work tenders to be carried out in 2014. In total, $4.489 billion (MXN 60 billion) will be spent on such projects this year.
