A proposal for an orbital tunnel in UK capital London has been put forward and is now being evaluated. A budget of US$400.5 million is being set for a series of road improvements in Russia’s Nizhny Novgorod region (Volga) during 2017. The funding will be directed towards repairs and maintenance for roads in the area.
