Egyptian firm Rsquared Construction has been using a Lintec CSD2500B asphalt plant to assist with material supply for a road project in the south of the country. The Lintec CSD2500B plant’s first task was to supply material for a short but important road link. The firm, Rsquared Construction, selected the model for its ease of transport and low fuel consumption.
Siemens is currently developing intelligent transportation technology for the fast and orderly evacuation of citizens which is currently being piloted in Texas. In this project, traffic light timing systems register traffic flow and adjust the phases of red and green light accordingly.
Intralogistics company Beumer has expanded its portfolio with the fillpac filling machine, offering equipment and systems for packaging lines from one source.
“The new machine can be flexibly integrated with existing packaging lines and can be optimally adapted to the customer's situation,” says the company.
“The Beumer fillpac is a specific weighing electronics which ensures the weight accuracy of the bags. Rejects caused by too high or too low filling weights can nearly be excluded.”
