Major road infrastructure technology event

A key event is planned in Brussels that will focus on developing innovative solutions aimed at improving road infrastructure. The first Road Infrastructure Innovation Expo will be held in Brussels on 4-6th June 2013 and this event falls within the scope of the Infravation programme. A key event is planned in Brussels that will focus on developing innovative solutions aimed at improving road infrastructure. The first Road Infrastructure Innovation Expo will be held in Brussels on 4-6th June 2013 and this event falls within the scope of the Infravation programme. The call for exhibitors will be open until 15th March 2013. The research fields in focus will address the theme of “Advanced and Innovative Construction and Maintenance”. The event is intended to raise awareness of Infravation and infrastructure innovation, promote brokerage activities between innovative enterprises and potential Infravation project partners and to contribute to the development of the final call for Infravation proposals. Proposals from partner countries of Infravation are encouraged from Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Sweden, the Netherlands, Norway and the US. The Expo will begin with an opening cocktail on the evening of 4th June and be organised in parallel with the 5160 FEHRL Infrastructure Research Meeting (FIRM13) conference, which also features the theme of “Advanced and Innovative Construction and Maintenance”. SMEs developing innovative infrastructure solutions are invited to exhibit free of charge at the Road Infrastructure Innovation Expo. This call for exhibitors will be open until 15th March 2013. Research fields should address the theme of Advanced and Innovative Construction and Maintenance.
