New truck mixers were an important part of the display, with the novel semi-trailer model being one of the most innovative launches from the firm for this market segment. The mixer is said to offer a high impact resistance due to the design of its structure, which incorporates the use of high strength steels. Widening the truck frame, lowering the drum and semi-trailer all combine to improve stability and also reliability. The fast connect and disconnect system ensures that the semi-trailer can be hitched or unhitched to the tractor unit quickly, speeding turnaround times. This semi-trailer design allows high manuoevrability, which makes it particularly useful for operations in congested city sites.
