Kleemann‘s MC 100 R in recycling

Weighing approximately 36tonnes it is relatively easy to transport and thus also ideal for smaller jobs, and there is the option to lower the crushing unit hydraulically to a height of 3,200mm for transport purposes.

The powerful diesel engine with 228kW, together with the hydraulic crusher drive, ensures maximum feed capacity of up to 200 tonnes/hour, says Kleemann.

The MC 100 R has sufficient power reserves to operate the crushers when the crushing jaw is full, and in the event of blockages in the crushing jaw, for example, due to large parts or reinforcing steel elements wedging, the reversible crusher drive helps the crusher to move again freely without any additional auxiliary means.

The infinitely variable gap setting is useful for frequently changing material as the plant can be adapted to new specifications in minimal time.

“The MC 100 R can thus be used more flexibly, be it for natural stone or in diverse recycling applications,” says Kleemann.

An updated D6T bulldozer also will be introduced at Intermat. As one of the more popular machines in its dozer range, the D6T gets a revised engine that meets stage IIIB emissions requirements. It features a hydraulically driven on-demand fan that works in connection with an all-new cooling package and advanced electronic engine controls – together, the integration and control of these key components is able to deliver fuel savings of up to six percent, said the US equipment maker, depending on the applicat

Liebherr has developed a hybrid drive system for its HS8300HD heavy duty cycle crawler crane. The 350 tonne machine generates electrical power from its hydraulic free-fall winches, which offer up to 50 tonnes of line pull. Under this Pactronic system surplus energy is stored in a hydraulic accumulator and regenerated to assist the engine, reducing fuel consumption. This reuse of energy also cuts emissions from the machine.
