A key Canadian road project is being investigated

An investigation is underway in Canada concerning the Bonaventure Expressway upgrade project. Canadian firm Societe du Havre (SHM) is being investigated by Montreal's authorities. A series of proposals will tighten the control on SHM and the Bonaventure project.
