Hyundai Heavy Industries has unveiled its new 15tonne class HL757-9A wheeled loader. Boasting a standard shovel volume of 2.7m³ and 15tonne operating weight and offered in three versions, the standard HL757-9A model has a 2.84m dumping height and a maximum reach of 1.61m.
The HL757XTD-9A High Reach model version has a 3.23m dumping height and a reach of up to 1.97m. And the HL757TM-9A (ToolMaster) model with parallel mast comes with a tipping height of up to 2.84m and a top reach of 1.81m. This mast may

Driving too fast is a leading cause of road fatalities, according to the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) Region I. Data from the FIA says that an estimated 40%-50% of people drive over the speed limit while a 5% reduction in average speed could result in a 30% decrease in number of fatal crashes. FIA Region I and its members in Europe, the Middle East and Africa are launching a campaign ‘Slowing Down Saves Lives’ and are urging drivers to respect speed limits.

Pupils attending schools in an area of southern China now have another key rule to follow, thanks to zealous local officials. The children have been told to raise a salute to every passing car on their journey to and from school. The rule has been introduced in an attempt to cut traffic accidents by making pupils more aware of passing vehicles as well as to alert the drivers to the children. This has come in for some criticism however, with many locals commenting that more conventional road safety measures
