EDGE Innovate, a mobile material handling and recycling equipment manufacturer, is to premier its MC1400 track material classifier at the UK’s Hillhead 2016 exhibition in June.
The MC1400 will be showcased at the UK's biggest live demonstration exhibition alongside EDGE Innovate’s TRM516 mobile trommel and Slayer XL slow speed shredder. The biennial Hillhead event attracts up to 17,000 visitors with more than 450 exhibiting companies already confirmed for the 2016 event.

JCB has signed a long-term agreement to supply engines for a new range of rotating telescopic handlers to be launched by an Italian manufacturer. MAGNI Telescopic Handlers, headed by Riccardo Magni, will produce up to 1,000 machines a year from a new 6,000m² production facility in Castelfranco Emilia, near Modena. Work on the expressway connecting Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport to Lanzhou city centre is now underway. An important role in the resurfacing work is being played by the use of materials supplied by Shell Bitumen. JCB has announced plans to start production of six-cylinder engines with the addition of the JCB Dieselmax 672 to its world renowned engine line-up. In just over eight years JCB has gone from a new entrant to engine manufacturing to a major global producer with a reputation for fuel efficiency and innovation. The first engine rolled off the production line in the UK in November 2004 and since then production has also extended to JCB India’s HQ at Ballabgarh, where the first engine was manufactured in 2011.
