JLG 1500SJ straight boom lift is part of the company’s range of ultra booms said to offer exceptional horizontal and vertical reach.
The 1500SJ is said by manufacturers 2199 JLG to be the first straight boom lift that elevates operators to 45.72metres and requires only a weight permit for transport. The telescoping jib, which can extend up to 7.62metres, provides flexibility and what is said to be “exceptional” horizontal and vertical reach.

As with all JLG Ultra Booms, the 1500SJ delivers dual 450kg/230kg capacity and three steering modes. Among its features is an LCD display communications machine to assist operators in positioning the platform. The Ultra Boom range is also represented at Intermat 2012 by an articulating model, the 1250AJP.
