Highways England has unveiled plans to upgrade to one of the busiest motorway junctions in southern England near the town Winchester.
Under the plans, junction 9 - the Winchester junction where the M3 interchanges with the A34 trunk road - will be redesigned to create dedicated free flow lanes. This goal is to allow drivers travelling between the M3 and the A34 to travel freely between the two roads to avoid using the junction roundabout.

A new road link in the Texan city of San Antonio will help future industrial development in the area. The new 2.7km connection provides a four-lane extension of 36th Street from Highway 90 into the centre of Port San Antonio at Billy Mitchell Boulevard.
