Italian and Spanish firms complete Chilean asset deal

An agreement between Spanish company Acciona and Italian firm Atlantia is allowing the sale of a highway concession in Chile.

An agreement between Spanish company 976 Acciona and Italian firm Atlantia is allowing the sale of a highway concession in Chile. Acciona is selling its 50% share of the Vespucio Sur and Red Vial Litoral Central highways in Chile to Atlantia in a deal worth some US$ 441.5 million (€305 million). The deal was agreed earlier this year and Atlantia is paying $407.8 million (€281.5 million) in cash.
