Operator comfort gets the biggest change, with an all-new cab that gets a fixed, laminated front windscreen for increased operator protection, a heated high-back air-suspension seat, and a standard rear-view camera.

Also new, for maximum efficiency said the company, is a widescreen LCD colour monitor panel that integrates Komtrax ‘step 3’ functionality with fuel consumption monitoring.

The 323kW PC700LC-8 has an operating weight from 65-67tonnes and bucket capacities up to 5.58cubic metres can be fitted.

Boom and arm regeneration allows faster movements using less energy, while a larger undercarriage, strengthened upper-structure and fully enclosed belly guards complete the changes.
