INTERMAT launch for Ammann’s ARX roller models

Ammann is launching an extended range of lightweight tandem rollers, badged the ARX models. The range includes 13 models from 1.5-4.5tonnes and working widths from 820–1380mm, to replace the AVM-2 range later this year.

The range includes 13 models from 1.5-4.5tonnes and working widths from 820–1380mm, to replace the AVM-2 range later this year.
Ammann said a new hydraulic concept allows the 7139 Yanmar diesel engine to run at a much lower speed, effectively reducing fuel consumption and noise emissions.

Expect models to include a redesigned operator station with vibration insulation, a simple and clearly laid out instrument panel and multi-functional drive lever.
