INTERMAT launch for Ammann UniBatch asphalt mixing plants

Ammann is using INTERMAT to reveal its UniBatch range of asphalt mixing plants. With capacities from 80-350 tonnes/hour, this new plant type incorporates flexibility, and a larger selection of modules to allow the system to be expanded as required. With capacities from 80-350 tonnes/hour, this new plant type incorporates flexibility, and a larger selection of modules to allow the system to be expanded as required.

Energy efficiency and reduced emissions are key elements of the UniBatch range, which is said to be is compatible with all of Ammann's recycling technologies.

Mixer capacities extend from 1.3-4.3tonnes, hot silo storage is from 45-120tonnes and mixed material storage silos up to 450tonnes are available.

    Ammann will be unveiling its first ever 9-tonne roller as part of a 20-strong range of new rollers that meet Euro 3B and Tier 4 Interim emission standards. Part of Ammann’s largest machine market launch to date and fitted with a Deutz 74kW engine, the ARX 90 tandem roller is said to be Swiss firm’s most important product with regard to volume in global applications. A Tier 3B version of the ARX 90 is due to become available during the course of 2013.
