Innovative concrete pumps developed by CIFA

CIFA is widening its range of innovative Carbotech concrete pumps with three new additions to the line-up. The firm introduced the first two truck-mounted models with carbon-fibre booms three years ago and the first two models in the range were the 45m class K45H and 62m class K62H. The new 29m class MK25H, 39m class K39H and 80m class K80H significantly broaden the Carbotech range. CIFA has developed innovative concrete pumps featuring lightweight booms
2203 CIFA is widening its range of innovative Carbotech concrete pumps with three new additions to the line-up. The firm introduced the first two truck-mounted models with carbon-fibre booms three years ago and the first two models in the range were the 45m class K45H and 62m class K62H. The new 29m class MK25H, 39m class K39H and 80m class K80H significantly broaden the Carbotech range. The most notable of these is the highly advanced K80H, which is now the concrete pump with the longest boom available for the European market. This machine features an 80m boom with seven sections, the last four of which are made of carbon fibre and help reduce overall weight while maintaining structural strength. The machine also features the firm’s novel RRZ folding system, and is mounted on a seven axle vehicle chassis. The technology is also shared with the firm’s innovative Zoomlion-Cifa 101, launched in late 2012 and which features a 101m boom. Also innovative is the K39H, which at 39m is said to offer the longest boom fitted on a three axle chassis. This competes with rival machines offering 36m reach and using four segment booms. The K39H pump has a five segment boom with the firm’s RZ folding system, with the last two sections being made of a composite. The lightweight boom ensures strength and other features include CIFA’s K-tronic stability system, double-thickness pipes, and a new, advanced management and diagnostics system with display. This machine meets European road regulations, making it easy to move on road and without weight restrictions. Meanwhile, the MK25H combines a Carbotech boom and concrete pump with a truck mixer system. The 25m boom features four sections, with the last two made of carbon. Another innovation is the pumping unit with electronic management, which limits consumption and noise and also reduces oscillations. The drum has a capacity of 8m3, while its kerb weight is within the legal limits for four axle vehicles of 32 tonnes. The Magnum MK25H can therefore carry more concrete to the site than rival machines in its class without overloading. Other features include advanced diagnostics and machine management tools.
