New dates have been set for the bC India event, which will now be held on 5th to 8th February 2013. The bC India 2013 exhibition will be held at the MMRDA Grounds in the Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai. To meet growing demand for the second edition of the International Trade Fair for Construction Machinery, Building Material Machines, Mining Machines and Construction Vehicles, total exhibition space has increased to 130,000m2, up from the previous 88,000m2. The 2011 show attracted 508 exhibitors from 36 countries with nearly 100 companies on the waiting list. The event attracted 24,823 visitors from 71 countries and hosted nine national pavilions from Australia, China, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Korea, Spain and the UK. The bC India event is a joint venture between Messe München International (MMI) and the North-American 1100 Association of Equipment Manufacturers (676 AEM).

    The Construction Equipment Association (CEA) reports improvements in UK exports and imports of components and parts for construction and earthmoving machines. According to the CEA report, exports of components and parts showed modest improvements in the fourth quarter of 2016 compared with the third quarter,.
