IFC to provide consultancy on three-section Corridor Vc works

JP Autoceste FBiH, the state-owned motorway company of Bosnia's Muslim–Croat Federation, has revealed that the International Finance Corporation (IFC) will provide consultancy for finding a private partner for three sections of Corridor Vc. JP 5740 Autoceste FBiH, the state-owned motorway company of Bosnia's Muslim–Croat Federation, has revealed that the International Finance Corporation (IFC) will provide consultancy for finding a private partner for three sections of Corridor Vc.

The IFC consultancy-covered sections are Doboj Jug (Karusa)-Medakovo (4km); Medakovo-Ozimica (21km); and Ozimica-Poprikusa (13.7km). The consultancy deal will last for a period of 15 months during which a due diligence of costs and a study for the three Corridor Vc sections’ construction will be prepared.

It was said that the Corridor Vc project is expected to attract €300 million in investments. Some 10% of the project will be financed by JP Autoceste, while the remainder will be financed by the IFC through a deal with the potential partner from a private sector.
