Iconic bridge dismantled

The iconic Dunlop bridge at Donington Park motor racing circuit in the UK has been carefully dismantled as part of preparations to get the track ready for the 2010 British Formula 1 Grand Prix. The pedestrian bridge straddled the circuit in for more than 30 years, but now it is planned to re-erect the bridge elsewhere on the revamped circuit venue (the position has to be decided).     Work is in hand for a new Formula 1 racetrack in Moscow. The facility will be built by Strategiya and will be located close to Volokolamsk. The facility will be designed to hold up to 100,000 spectators. Parking for 10,000 cars will be built although this could be increased if required.
