High mobility is claimed for CIFA’s concrete plant

High mobility is claimed for CIFA’s mobile concrete batching plant, the CIFAMOBILE 50. “This is the first ever CIFA concrete batching plant we’ve built. It’s highly mobile and can be transported on wheels,” said Marco Brambati, director of marketing and business planning at the firm. The machine features a mixer that can produce 1/3 of concrete/cycle. CIFA is now offering a mobile concrete batching plant
High mobility is claimed for 2203 CIFA’s mobile concrete batching plant, the CIFAMOBILE 50. “This is the first ever CIFA concrete batching plant we’ve built. It’s highly mobile and can be transported on wheels,” said Marco Brambati, director of marketing and business planning at the firm.

The machine features a mixer that can produce 1/3 of concrete/cycle. This DNA 1.0 mixer is the smallest in the CIFA range (while the largest has a 3m3 capacity) and can deliver up to 50m3/hour of ready-mixed concrete. The plant, features the firm’s sophisticated CIFAWIN automation system, plant management software specifically developed by CIFA. The package is offered with an array of optional extras and is quick to commission on-site. When the CIFAMOBILE 50 arrives on-site its two on-board cement silos can start concrete production, even if the ground silos have not yet been installed.  The plant has a novel mixer washing system. This washes the mixer after each production cycle, using the water already batched into the concrete specification, which reduces water consumption and wastage.
