Demonstrating superb manoeuvrability due to what its manufacturers 230 Hidromek say is its “compact but powerful” design, the HMK62SS mini backhoe loader’s additional auxiliary hydraulic lines make it ideal for working in urban constructions and agricultural applications where space is often limited.

Operators control all the machine’s movements, including loading, driving and backhoe functions, with a joystick. An ergonomically mounted foot and hand throttle control allows use of the 62SS at variable engine speed, to reduce fuel consumption. The model’s 1265 Kubota turbocharged diesel engine is compatible with USA EPA Tier 4 and European Stage IIIA exhaust gas emission regulations. It has a 3,600kg operating weight and a multi-purpose bucket capacity of 0.35m³.
