Hidromek launches HMK300 LC LR long reach excavator

Hidromek’s new HMK300LC LR long reach excavator can be used for demolition work. It is part of the company’s Gen Series Excavator Range, which has secured numerous design awards in countries including the United States, Germany and the firm’s native Turkey. Along with all Gen Series machines, the 300LC has a spacious cabin for maximum operator comfort, and a hi-tech yet easy-to-handle control panel. It also comes with a six-cylinder 2724 Isuzu engine producing up to 150.6kW of power. Offering a standard model bucket capacity of 1.5m³, the 300LC standard machine has an operating weight of 30.8kg, and the narrow chassis model 30.15kg.

    Hidromek has added long-reach options for three of its excavators – the HMK220LC, HMK300LC and the HMK370LC. Aimed at special earthmoving and drainage applications, the excavators carry LR branding and have ground level reach of 15.06, 18.19 and 16.6m respectively. Load over heights range from 10.85m with the HMK220LC LR to 12.59 with the HMK300LC LR. The long-reach HMK220LC delivers 7,300kgf of bucket digging force with a 0.45m3 bucket, with the figures rising to 1m3 and 11,400kgf with the HMK370LC LR.
