Hazemag develops HCS material sizer screen
229 Hazemag has developed the HCS material sizer screen with low power requirements, a high throughput rate and simplified maintenance.

The sizer uses two counter-rotating scrolls to crush material in a continuous operation. Robust housings and drive motors combine with easily changed wear parts to reduce maintenance downtime.

The drive consists of an electric motor, a fluid coupling and gearbox. The fluid coupling provides protection against impacts within the crusher.

Suitable for both primary and secondary crushing applications, the sizer has shafts with exchangeable crushing segments. The centre distance of the crusher rolls is adjustable to provide accurate sizing of materials. Feed size for limestone, coal or clay is 0-350mm, with final product size of up to 80mm.

The sizer can handle up to 250tonnes/hour of limestone, 300tonnes/hour of coal or 350tonnes/hour of clay.
