Genie’s telehandlers reach new heights at INTERMAT

Two extended reach telehandlers have been added to Genie’s range with the introduction of the 14metre reach GTH4014 and the GTH4018, which can lift loads to 18metres. New higher reach Genie-telehandlers feature on the Terex stand
RSSTwo extended reach telehandlers have been added to 5047 Genie’s range with the introduction of the 14metre reach GTH4014 and the GTH4018, which can lift loads to 18metres.

The 4tonne capacity Stage IIIB-compliant machines have streamlined chassis to improve the operator’s view of the load and are said to offer best-in-class performance from a smaller footprint.

In addition to the small footprint, the machines have tight turning circles (3.8m outside turning radius on the GTH-4018) a narrow overall width, and a low cab height, all of which contribute to high manoeuvrability on site.

    Renault Trucks’ Tridem 8x4*4 is designed for carrying heavy loads in restricted spaces and is also suitable for mounting mobile cranes or vacuum units. Based on a lightweight Lander 6x4 chassis, the Tridem has an additional 10tonne rated rear steering tag axle giving it a turning circle some 10 to 15% tighter than a traditional 8x4 (depending on the wheelbase).
