The latest NOVASEALER machine offers versatility as it can spray on a tack coat and micro-surfacing product at the same time, instead of having to use two separate machines. In addition to its micro-surfacing capabilities, the NOVASEALER is equipped with a complete tack coat spraying system. It features a 700-litre capacity emulsion tank for the tack coat materials, as well as a telescopic spraybar that extends to a maximum 5m. The tack coat is sprayed at low speeds of around 2km/h and at a low metering rate of 200-300 grammes/m2. An additional option is the 174 Breining-328 SECMAIR glass fibre cutter of glass fibre which integrates this material in the mixer.
