The new piling clamp from French firm Fayat allows piles to be placed efficiently and accurately
2779 Fayat Group has developed the Tiltex swivelling clamp for sheet pile handling. Specifically designed for excavator-mounted Vibrodrivers, the Tiltex clamp improves the handling of sheet piles and the productivity on piling projects. Using the clamp, operators can grab sheet piles stored on the ground and drive them directly without any other handling operations. Fayat said the clamp is equally as productive when removing sheet piles.
JCB has added the high-capacity 550-80 Loadall to its telescopic handler line. Cat’s latest E-series excavator is the 16.7tonne 316E. It replaces the 315D and gets a Cat C4.4 Acert engine to meet EU Stage IIIb emissions.
