2779 Fayat Group has developed the Tiltex swivelling clamp for sheet pile handling. Specifically designed for excavator-mounted Vibrodrivers, the Tiltex clamp improves the handling of sheet piles and the productivity on piling projects. Using the clamp, operators can grab sheet piles stored on the ground and drive them directly without any other handling operations. Fayat said the clamp is equally as productive when removing sheet piles.
Italian firm Controls has put all its long-standing knowledge of road paving material testing into Dynapave, launched this week at INTERMAT. Replacing the A316 Litronic, the new A916 has been developed to meet Stage IIIB emissions requirements and has an operating weight from 17-18.1 tonnes depending on specification. Power comes from a four-cylinder 110kW engine with common rail fuel injection, EGR and DOC – a DPF is available as an optional extra for those working inside buildings.
