The new piling clamp from French firm Fayat allows piles to be placed efficiently and accurately
2779 Fayat Group has developed the Tiltex swivelling clamp for sheet pile handling. Specifically designed for excavator-mounted Vibrodrivers, the Tiltex clamp improves the handling of sheet piles and the productivity on piling projects. Using the clamp, operators can grab sheet piles stored on the ground and drive them directly without any other handling operations. Fayat said the clamp is equally as productive when removing sheet piles.
A full range of pavers, featuring both tracked and wheeled undercarriages, also will be at the show. The display includes the new AP255E, which is the smallest paver in the range, and the new AP1055E, the largest paver in the Cat range.
Kleemann will showcase the Mobicat MC 100 R mobile jaw crusher from its successful Contractor Line.
Weighing approximately 36tonnes it is relatively easy to transport and thus also ideal for smaller jobs, and there is the option to lower the crushing unit hydraulically to a height of 3,200mm for transport purposes. Komatsu used INTERMAT to take the wraps off two new Dash 7 wheeled loaders, badged WA380-7 and WA500-7. With engine emissions being the main driver, the smaller 18-tonne WA380-7 packs 142kW from its EU Stage IIIb engine to deliver improved efficiency and lower fuel consumption. The machine also gets torque converter lock-up with the function operating in 2nd, 3rd and 4th gears, and gives the loader a 40 km/h forward speed.
