The new piling clamp from French firm Fayat allows piles to be placed efficiently and accurately
2779 Fayat Group has developed the Tiltex swivelling clamp for sheet pile handling. Specifically designed for excavator-mounted Vibrodrivers, the Tiltex clamp improves the handling of sheet piles and the productivity on piling projects. Using the clamp, operators can grab sheet piles stored on the ground and drive them directly without any other handling operations. Fayat said the clamp is equally as productive when removing sheet piles.

Liebherr has developed the LTM1750-9.1, a nine-axle all-terrain crane with a maximum lift capacity of 750 tonnes. The 52m telescopic boom machine is carried by the machine and offers a 154m maximum lift height, with a maximum working radius of 112m. A luffing fly jib can be added in 3.5m increments to take maximum lift height to 91m. Weighing in at 108 tonnes in transport configuration, the LTM puts down 12 tonnes per axle. Hidromek is commencing work on developing its new wheeled loader line. Export manager Anil Bingöl said, “We have started our wheeled loader project and we hope to have our first prototype machine this year.” This will feature a 3m3 bucket and will be the first in a range of wheeled loaders from the firm. Machines with bucket capacities of 4m3 and then 5m3 will be developed in due course. Testing of the first prototype will be carried out in Turkey and Bingöl said the firm intends to have its wheeled loaders
