The BM 600/15 has a 93kW engine, which is enough power said the company, to achieve a milling depth of 210mm.

In addition to the standard milling width of 600mm, the cold planer is available with narrower 500mm or 400mm drums. The planer comes in a 3-wheel standard version, but is also optionally available as a four-wheeler.

Bomag has developed the planer to allow the operator a clear view of the milling edge and material removals truck. And the milling depth display is located within the operator’s field of vision.

The planer also has a quick fit conveyor belt system that is said to be easy to adjust.
