Ethiopian Bobcat dealer

Doosan Construction Equipment has appointed My Wish Enterprise based in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa as the new authorised dealer for Bobcat compact equipment in Ethiopia. The appointment to represent Bobcat follows three successful years for My Wish Enterprise as the official dealer in Ethiopia for the Doosan heavy range of equipment.

695 Doosan Construction Equipment has appointed My Wish Enterprise based in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa as the new authorised dealer for 1130 Bobcat compact equipment in Ethiopia.

The appointment to represent Bobcat follows three successful years for My Wish Enterprise as the official dealer in Ethiopia for the Doosan heavy range of equipment.

  • Chinese firm wins Ethiopian road and bridge contracts

    Chinese Construction Company (CCCC) has won contracts to build roads, a bridge and an interchange in Ethiopia. In all the deal is worth some US$132.5 million. The contract was awarded to CCCC by the Ethiopian Roads Authority (ERA). A key portion of the contract is for the construction of a new bridge spanning the Omo River. The deal also includes designing the Omo Kuraz sugar factory, as well as building a new interchange that will link the plant to the road network.

    In Ethiopia the construction of two new road links will be carried out by Chinese and Spanish contractors. The Ethiopia Roads Authority (ERA) awarded a contract worth close to US$48 million to Hunan Huanda Road and Bridge Corporation of China to build a 48.3km road in the south of the country. The work will take 29 months to complete. Two Spanish firms meanwhile will work together to carry out a $60.6 million contract in Ethiopia’s Oromia State. This project is for a 63km road connecting Ambo with Walliso.
