The Ultralok tooth system, designed specifically for the construction industry, has expanded to fit more machines, including bolt-on adapters for many popular wheeled loaders and several new point shapes for utility and quarry applications.

Ultralok is hammerless and integrated with the point, thus making field replacement safer, easier and faster.

ESCO’s embedded E3 tungsten carbide blades are said to deliver up to five times the wear life of conventional steel blades, while the Deuce blade product now has two rows of tungsten carbide inserts on the bottom edge and E3 tungsten carbide overlay on the blade face.

ESCO’s new Progressive Link Style Hydraulic Thumb retracts close to the boom when not in use, which allows more visibility during digging and the Rigid Style Bucket Thumb is said to be a more economical choice over hydraulic thumbs, featuring three and four-tine options.

The new PosiGrab Coupler design features both front and rear locks that are mechanically engaged through the full working cycle, and can be operated and visually confirmed from the cab.
