The Italian firm launched at the show its new V22 and L3 dust controller models. The former is said to meet latest European requirements for protection against emissions.

The fully automated V22 is said to offer a universal, powerful and environmentally-friendly solution. The patented nozzle head and the outer nozzle head and the outer nozzles ring of the model are said to generate a finely atomised mist, which binds the dust particles and prevents them from spreading.

Compared to other nozzle configurations, the V22’s protection range with the central nozzle head is also said to be much greater. This allows the nozzle head to be used with the turbine switched off.

The V22’s 100m range remote control system is said to be easy to use, with typical applications within demolition and waste management and recycling industries. It performs at sound level of 63dB(A) at 20m.

Also operational up to 100m by remote control, the lance L3 operates at a sound level of 63dB(A) at 20m and is said to be compact, easy to handle, and easy to place in small indoor and outdoor spaces. Said to be ideal for applications within demolition works, quarries, recycling centres and tunnel works, the lance L3 is also described as extremely environmentally-friendly due to its low water and energy consumption.
