EcoView module boosts plant efficiency at Intermat

For those who have ever wondered just how efficient their plant might be, Ammann can now provide the answer with its EcoView module for the AS1 control system. It shows - at a glance - how efficiently the mixing plant is working, by continuously recording operating data and presenting it in a condensed form to the mixing engineer. For those who have ever wondered just how efficient their plant might be, 6791 Ammann can now provide the answer with its EcoView module for the AS1 control system.

It shows - at a glance - how efficiently the mixing plant is working, by continuously recording operating data and presenting it in a condensed form to the mixing engineer.

The system makes the ecological aspect of the mixing process transparent on a continuous basis by recording all the relevant energy-related data such as fuel and electrical energy consumption, CO2 emissions and costs.

Comparisons with previous performance data will indicate trends and prompt any need for remedial action. It is suitable for asphalt mixing plants with AS1 controls from version v3.5.

Fayat’s development of the Compact asphalt mixing plant is to create a continuous flow of multipurpose product, including cold, warm and hot mix. Optimum energy management for mixing aggregates in the most effective way while the bitumen is hydrophobic is one criteria that the new plant offers, along with the ability to recycle materials according to typology. The feed is conventional and either into the tube via the ring, or into the continuous mixer, or both, for recycled materials. Bitumen is introduced
