In glorious spring sunshine, bauma 2016 opened its doors. Thousands of visitors poured into the show grounds at Messe Munchen International to see the latest innovations in construction equipment. Exhibitors from all over the world include Caterpillar, Hyundai, Wirtgen and Komatsu.

The biggest show on earth: bauma 2016

In glorious spring sunshine, bauma 2016 opened its doors. Thousands of visitors poured into the show grounds at Messe Munchen International to see the latest innovations in construction equipment.

Exhibitors from all over the world include Caterpillar, Hyundai, Wirtgen and Komatsu.

As well as a look at the newest products the industry has to offer, there were keynote speeches from several big names on the state of the sector. And there will be much more to see over the next five days.

    With a year still to go before bauma China 2016 opens its doors, the event is already looking to be very strong. The show will run from November 22nd-25th 2016 and will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Since its premiere in 2002, bauma China has grown strongly.     Demand is already strong for the 2016 bauma exhibition in Munich. The organisers say that following the March 2015 deadline for applications to exhibit at the show, industry interest for the show has been highly positive.
