Sneak peak at the new DitchWitch all terrain drill
The 7307 Ditch Witch organisation, which specialises in the design and manufacture of premium underground construction equipment, is offering bauma visitors a sneak peak at the prototype of the yet-to-be-released JT60 all-terrain horizontal directional drill.

Featuring a 200hp Tier 4i 196 Cummins diesel engine, the drill offers more than 27,000 kilos of thrust and pullback and over 4,000 foot-kilos of rotational torque. The JT60 also features an industry-exclusive, patented two-pipe drilling system.

Other features include the heavy-duty, planetary-driven anchor system and an exclusive, dual-pivot drill frame allowing the entry angles needed without compromising stability while drilling.

Ditch Witch confirmed that the official release of the JT60 would be in the third quarter of 2013.
