Develon has taken charge of its newly-constructed headquarters in Germany. The firm was handed the keys to the modern facility, which is located in Mannheim Friedrichsfeld.

Develon said that ADLER Immobilien Investment provided smooth cooperation on this project. The opening of this ultra-modern building is said to mark another milestone in Develon’s expansion of its market presence in the Germany/Switzerland/Austria (GSA) region. The new headquarters is a clear commitment to Germany as a location. The building was constructed according to the latest standards and is said to offer optimal conditions for the further development of the company’s products and technologies.

With 10,650 m2 of usable space, the site has space for customer support in sales, service, rental and spare parts. It also has a new training centre with training workshops and rooms as well as a test area. The new building houses spacious and modern workshops and places particular emphasis on providing service in the Rhine-Main-Neckar region.

In addition, Develon is gradually expanding its rental services, tailored to the requests of customers and the GSA dealership network, with a focus on testing the innovations to be shown at bauma.

With bauma in April, product training for the company’s GSA dealers will be held in March, including the innovations that will be shown at bauma. Following bauma, the aim is to continue to use what will be seen at the show in Mannheim for customers and dealers.
