This landmark event is being held in Salt Lake City, USA, from May 14th to May 18th, 2017.


ICOET is the said to be the leading interdisciplinary, interagency supported conference addressing the broad range of ecological issues related to transportation systems in all modes. The event is attracting experts in transportation development, related scientific study, policy issues, and administrative processes from around the world.

The ICOET 2017 programme includes podium presentations, posters, field trips, and exhibits on topics of interest to researchers, biologists, transportation engineers, planners, project managers, administrators, and policy makers. Hundreds of professionals, representing national and state governments, Tribal and Indigenous governments, academia, non-government organisations, and private industry from more than 20 countries.

This year, the field trips showcase the work of the 3359 Utah Department of Transportation and the Wyoming Department of Transportation, the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, the US Forest Service and other regional partnering organisations.
