The upcoming 3485 CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017 exhibition has been named to the US Government’s ‘International Buyer Programme’ (IBP). This award is in recognition of the show’s global scope and reputation as a leading worldwide event.

The IBP works to increase international attendance at US-based exhibitions and create global business opportunities for show exhibitors. A select number of US trade shows each year receive the IBP designation from the US Department of Commerce.

“CONEXPO-CON/AGG is honoured to have again attained this prestigious status that underscores our value and the continued importance of the construction industries in world trade, with 24% of attendees at the last show from outside the US,” said Rich Goldsbury, CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017 chair and president of 1130 Bobcat Company and 695 Doosan.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017 will be held from March 7th-11th, 2017 in Las Vegas. The co-located IFPE exhibition will also offer IBP services and benefits.

Under the IBP, the US Government will assist show promotion through its worldwide network of embassies and consulates as well as recruit official trade delegations to attend.

Exhibitors can take advantage of practical, hands-on business assistance from the IBP, including export counselling and market analysis.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG show management encourages all international show participants who need visas to initiate the application process well in advance of the show to assure they will be able to attend.

Show Management also partners with industry groups and other organisations to bring delegations of industry professionals together from around the world to CONEXPO-CON/AGG.

The show offers a variety of services to make it easier for international industry professionals to plan their visit and conduct business onsite.
